Well, THAT did not take long! :)

Here I have been preparing my (at the time) soon to be husband and his family, it will take me awhile to get pregnant!  That does not come easy for me.  I have to take meds and what not for a few months....blah blah blah.  I have been preparing them for that for over a year now!

I go in for my yearly appointment....happens to just over 2 weeks from the wedding.  She takes me off birth control (as we want to get things started asap).  She does tell me there is a slight chance of getting pregnant in this month.  BUT, don't get your hopes up...it is a long shot.  So we thought what the heck...lets give it a try!

We mark the calendar as to when is the "right" time to well....you know. ;)

We go on with our lives....go thru the wedding....go on our honeymoon.....come back to reality and go back to work.  We have a meeting with the specialist on August 29th.....telling him all that my regular Dr had told me.  He said ok.  He orders me some meds to take starting on Sept 6th IF the blood test came back negative.


So, we go on with our day....knowing it probably did not happen!  I take a home pg test on wednesday...Negative.  SO....we go have a fun time the Friday of Labor Day Weekend. And I mean FUN night!  :)  Lots of beer....lots of smoking!  A true party night.

The next morning i wake up...expecting a HUGE hangover.  Nope!  just have to pee.  I get out of bed and wondering how i feel so well.  Then I notice my belly feels full!  Oh...must be from all the Tap Beer.   EH...that will go away.  It did not.....my pants were uncomfortable.  This is just odd.  Owell it's just gas.

I get home that night.....go to the bathroom....and figure what the heck.  I have an extra pg test......so i peed on it.   not even 30 seconds go by.......and their are 2 lines!  I make myself walk away.....it probably will go away.  I am not supposed to stare at the test.  :)

I go back after 4 minutes.  and the LINES ARE THERE!  BOTH OF THEM!


the negative side of me came out.....it is wrong.  I can't be.  I have never had one of these things work....and I did not take any meds to get preggers.  I have to take meds.  I had to take them for the first 2 for months before it happens.  This can't be right.  Well, we have a blood test on Tuesday.....that will not lie!

Tues comes....still "feeling" preggers.....but afraid I am wrong.  I go in....and wait for the results.  I can't wait anymore.....so I call.  IT WAS RIGHT!  I am PREGNANT!

How did this happen?   Oh yeah.....lol  we did technically try!  :)
